What forms of payments do you accept?
Payments are processed through Payal and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. You do not need a Paypal account to use their service. Additionally if you would like to mail a money order an item can be placed on hold for up to 7 days.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped twice a week Monday and Thursdays. US orders are shipped Priority mail and will arrive in 2-5 business days from the day it is shipped.
I saw a set of nails that I really love but its sold out. Can you make another set?
Most of the times nails that have been sold can re remade. Please note that the recreated set will have the same these but won't be an exact replica.
Do you do custom designs?
I LOVE doing custom designs. Contact me with your design ideas and we can collaborate on a set just for you.
What is your return policy?
All items are returnable for up to 14 days. Please contact us with your order number before shipping back. Item must be in original packaging and unused.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Please contact [email protected] for an accurate shipping quote before purchasing.
Will wearing false nails damage my natural nails?
Just like any nail service technique is key. If nails are improperly put on or removed damage can occur. When applying, the nail needs to be buffed just enough to remove the natural shine and not excessively. When removing nails are not to be pulled off without soaking in acetone. Doing so can also remove a layer of your natural nail cause them to become weak and break. If you are unsure on application or removal send Keedah an email and she will be happy to guide you.
